That ensures that all involved parties, follow safety and quality standards for the wafers produced. We comply with all legal and non-food safety and quality requirements and provide common and transparent standards to all concerned suppliers and service providers as well as a concrete and strong answer to the high safety and quality expectations of our customers. We deliver products which are in line with the defined specification and we are commited to continually improve wafer product safety and quality.

Organic certification by BIO Hellas, 

A certification process for producers of organic food involved in Food production. The avoidance of synthetic chemical inputs (eg. fertilizers, pesticides, antibiotics), Genetically Modified Organisms, irradiation and use of sewage sludge.

Kosher approved by The Jewish community of Thessaloniki,

We are Kosher approved company. In Hebrew :Kashrus: means suitable and/or "pure", thus ensuring fittness for consumption. Each ingredient is checked and approved to fulfil the regulations of Kashrut (Jewish dietary law).

EFET (Greek Food Authority),

We follow all quality standards that are set by the Greek and as well as the European Food Codex Alimentarius. EFET is the govenment body which is responsible for monitoring us and check our HACCP approved scheme.

UTZ,

Based on the principles of a mutually partnership between producers and consumers. When farmers sell according to UTZ terms, it provides them with a better deal and improved terms of trade. We support 100% UTZ cocoa initiatives.

Environment,

We have managed to reduce our carbon footprint by 10% as initially targeted and we have set off for further 5% by 2018.
